Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa in Astoria, Oregon, is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will balance nightly financials, assist guests with late check-ins or early departures, and ensure a smooth morning hand-off.

This part-time role requires weekend availability and an 11:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule. We value detail-oriented individuals with strong math and analytical skills, excellent customer service, and familiarity with hotel management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework is a plus.
• Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Comfortable working independently overnight.
• Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable and flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Balance financial reports and audit tasks.
• Assist guests with late check-ins or early departures.
• Post room charges, payments, and resolve billing issues.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment overnight.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless service delivery.
• Take initiative with additional tasks from hotel leadership.
