Job summary

Aloft Portland Airport at Cascade Station is seeking a responsible Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in Portland, OR. This overnight role balances guest service with financial reconciliation and daily reporting.

You will handle check-ins/outs, process deposits, and ensure accurate closeout of the previous day’s accounts while providing excellent service to guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or six months to one year of related experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must be a people-person and able to interact with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches.
• Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Handle check-ins/outs, room scheduling, moves, late checkouts, and guest requests.
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.
