Job summary

Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa in Astoria, Oregon, is seeking a Night Auditor to join our boutique property. Part-time, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Thursday–Saturday with weekend availability required. You balance financial reports, assist guests, and prepare hand-off for mornings.

Ideal candidates have hotel front desk/night audit experience, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. We offer PTO, discounts, flexible scheduling, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework a plus.
• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently overnight and weekends.
• Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities; familiarity with hotel management systems and MS Office.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle late-night check-ins and early check-outs with warmth.
• Balance daily accounts and perform audit tasks with accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports.
• Post room charges and payments; resolve billing issues.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment overnight.
• Support guest requests with problem-solving mindset.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless service.
• Take initiative on additional tasks from hotel leadership.
