Job summary

Super 8 Aberdeen is seeking a Night Auditor to join the guest services team on the night shift. You will manage reservations, check-ins/outs, nightly cash and logs, and ensure accurate charges for rooms, taxes, and fees. You’ll assist guests with inquiries and provide local area guidance.

Ideal candidates are dependable multitaskers with strong communication and detail orientation, capable of handling paperwork and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including MS Office are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming guest experiences; handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs and record charges according to policy.
• Answer guest questions and guide them on local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Complete the Night Audit Checklist, manage cash logs and call logs, and maintain paperwork.
• Perform cleaning tasks including laundry, vacuuming, and lobby area tidiness.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards; ensure exterior doors are secure.
• Take on additional responsibilities and be on call for hotel needs.
