Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Six months of hospitality or service experience with accounting.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Effective public speaking and guest interaction skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; basic math and reporting.
• Experience with Property Management System software.

Responsibilities

• Open, secure and balance shift banks; verify transactions.
• Generate flawless accounting reports in the PMS.
• Complete nightly audit per brand standards.
• Greet guests and assist during check-in/out.
• Disseminate nightly audit packs to recipients.
