Legacy Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily financial transactions, assist guests with overnight check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records in a detail-driven, independent role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hotel or front desk experience.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and reporting tools.
• Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire and maintain all other required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports.
• Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform overnight audit procedures and system balancing.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures; support a safe environment during the night shift.
