Job summary

Holiday Inn Lucedale is seeking a Night Auditor to manage close-of-day processes for the hotel’s guest service and accounting areas. You will audit and balance cash and credit transactions across outlets and front desk, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of daily reports.

This role requires basic accounting or hospitality experience, strong computer and cash handling skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods while delivering guest-friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Six to twelve months of related experience preferred; accounting or hospitality experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report on cash and credit operations for food & beverage outlets and front desk.
• Balance cashier reports, reconcile tickets, and post transactions.
• Transmit credit card batches and run night audit final reports.
• Prepare daily management and accounting reports and maintain accurate cash handling.
