Hilton St Louis at the Ballpark in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Entry-Level Night Auditor to join our hotel operations. The role includes guest registration, revenue auditing, and balancing each department's income and allowances, with emphasis on accuracy and customer service during graveyard shifts.

Pay rate is $15.00 per hour, with potential flexibility for part-time or full-time shifts. A high school diploma is required, and accounting or hospitality education is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred in accounting or hospitality.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Previous hotel experience required.
• Strong calculator and arithmetic skills; proficient with computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and register them promptly and accurately.
• Balance income and allowances for each department and verify room rates.
• Complete check-in data collection and input information into the system.
• Handle cash, make change, balance the house bank, and process payments.
• Answer phones promptly and deliver guest messages and mail as requested.
• Close guest accounts at check-out and resolve dissatisfaction with appropriate credits.
