Job summary

The Glen House Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to safeguard nightly financials and welcome guests during the overnight hours. You’ll reconcile ledgers, close daily reports, manage reservations, and assist guests with check-in/out as needed.

This role offers a peaceful nighttime environment with a front-row view of the Presidential Range. Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential, and prior accounting or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data.
• Willing to cross train in other accounting or hotel-related areas.
• Perform guest services functions such as check-in/out and reservations.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports (e.g., Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports).
• Prepare and distribute month-end reports.
• Audit, reconcile, and transmit all guest charges timely.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Handle nightly reconciliation and end-of-shift procedures.
