Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for The Glen House Hotel in Gorham, NH. You’ll reconcile daily ledgers, balance accounts, and manage guest reservations during the overnight shift, delivering accurate financial reporting and exceptional service to early risers about to begin alpine adventures.

This role combines financial precision with guest-facing responsibilities, including check-in/out, problem resolution, and maintaining calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles; hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily operating reports.
• Prepare and distribute month-end reports.
• Audit, reconcile, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Perform guest services functions during check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Cross-train in other accounting or hotel-related areas.
• Keep management informed of unusual operational or financial events and/or deviations from policies.
• Respond to governmental inquiries.
