Job summary

Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin is seeking a diligent Night Auditor for 3rd shift duties in a fast-paced resort environment. This part- or full-time role includes night and weekend availability and opportunities to grow within a family-friendly, equal-opportunity workplace.

The Night Auditor will greet and check in guests, verify payments and IDs, balance tills, post charges, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth hotel operations overnight.

Qualifications

• Night audit experience or strong cash handling skills
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to balance cash tills and post charges accurately

Responsibilities

• Follow and complete all Night Audit procedures
• Provide superior guest services during the night shift
• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
• Verify guest payment methods and IDs, handle deposits
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts
• Balance cash, post charges, and issue room keys
• Communicate with guests and hotel departments as needed
• Monitor alarm panel and coordinate with security/management
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
