Job summary

Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin is seeking a Guest Services Associate to join our fast-paced team. The role handles guest check-in, room assignments, payment processing, reservations, and checkout, with day, night and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/customer service background preferred.
• Ability to handle payments and balance cash.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Register and assign rooms to guests and issue room keys.
• Verify guest credit card and payment method; obtain deposits as needed.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Post charges for rooms and services; balance cash drawers.
• Assist guests with special requests and directions within the hotel.
