Job summary

Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah, WI seeks a Night Auditor to be the first point of contact for guests, balance nightly transactions, and handle issues. The role covers answering phones, check-ins/outs, and transmitting reports during overnight hours.

Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays, 11 PM–7 AM. The hotel offers team perks and growth opportunities in a local hospitality leader community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel night audit experience.
• Strong math skills for balancing cash and reports.
• Proficient in computers and related equipment.
• Clear verbal and written communication to report financial information.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform all audit procedures nightly and generate audit reports.
• Verify wake-up calls and ensure proper handling.
• Balance cash receipts and deposits during audit shift.
• Prepare front office for morning shift.
• Act as Guest Services Agent and Manager on Duty during night hours.
• Attend front office meetings; other duties as assigned.
