BENCHMARK is seeking a Night Auditor for OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park, working the 3rd shift. Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily financial activities and generate financial reports.
• Answer guest questions and offer information and assistance.
• Check guests in and out.
• Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain neat and organized work area; secure keys.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Update computer systems as needed (e.g., post charges).
• Process personal and traveler’s checks, handle safe deposit boxes.
• Read, pass on log and communicate with previous shift.
• Attend all mandatory meetings.
• Follow checklist for required duties and timelines.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor, including cross training.
• Maintain flexibility with shift hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Previous front desk experience, preferably in a full‑service hotel/resort.
• Knowledge of accounting principles for reconciliation.
• Computer proficiency to use the property management system.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Customer‑centric attitude.

Benefits and Compensation
