The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, effective communication skills, and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Compensation is set at $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to perform a variety of maintenance trade functions at OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment, HVAC, painting, wall repair, tile work and upkeep of the preventive maintenance program.

Your Role

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air-conditioning systems, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Make repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting and other finishes.
• Perform general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Keep records as required by company policy and procedures.
• Maintain logs of completed tasks.
• Prepare reports as requested by supervisors and submit all requested reports/logs in a timely manner.

Compensation

$20.00–$20.00 per hour. (Actual compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, certifications and location.)
