Overview
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team as Night Auditors. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. Responsibilities include checking in guests, registering them, and being a knowledgeable resource about the hotel, amenities, and local area. This role operates mainly from 11 pm to 7 am.

Your Role:
- Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine interest
- Check guests in, ensuring proper credit, noting and fulfilling special requests, and providing accurate information
- Resolve issues and “WOW” guests through recovery when needed
- Promote and sell hotel programs
- Interact professionally with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed
- Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and policies
- Maintain house bank
- Generate, print, and distribute reports
- Follow Night Audit procedures meticulously
- Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty
- Handle posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds according to procedures
