Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.

Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.

Adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures.

Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.

Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.

Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The Night Auditor is responsible for attending to the needs of guests, balancing revenue and expense transactions during the day, and performing all front desk functions during the audit shift. The role requires good communication and guest service skills, with the ability to take appropriate action to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Computer experience preferred.
