Job Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger
• Handle all end-of-day accounting functions, including posting room rates and taxes
• Ensure the accuracy of charges to guest folios
• Monitor revenue from food, room, and other departments
• Act as front desk clerk: check-in/out guests, book reservations, resolve issues
• Make cash drops following proper procedures
• Organize the front desk area for morning staff
• Monitor hotel security camera system
• Maintain lobby ambiance and cleanliness
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or as a Night Auditor
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS)
• High School Diploma or GED
