Everhome Suites Panama City Beach is seeking a Night Auditor in Panama City Beach, FL. The role combines front desk responsibilities with nightly accounting tasks to ensure accurate records and guest satisfaction.

You will reconcile transactions, prepare reports, and assist guests with inquiries while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout your overnight shift.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus.
• Ability to use reservation and accounting software is preferred.

Mansioni

• Process administrative and bookkeeping procedures as required.
• Reconcile credit card transactions, occupancy, room charges, and cash drawer.
• Perform front desk duties: reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate housekeeping, security, and service requests as needed.
• Ensure guests have an exceptional experience at the property.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Provide strong customer service and clear communication.
• Proficient computer use; prior accounting or reservation software helpful.

Are you a genuine people person who excels with numbers and has a passion for providing excellent customer service? Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. We provide the training, tools, and the team to help bring your career to the next level.

• Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
• Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required
• Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Flexible overnight hours are required

Compensation

17.00 - 18.00 hourly
