Job summary

The Greystone Inn is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight operations and ensure a smooth handoff to the morning staff. You will reconcile accounts, secure the property, and assist guests checking in during the night, while delivering friendly, service-oriented support.

You should be comfortable using a computer and reservation systems, able to work 11pm–7am, and capable of handling multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Health benefits are available for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts, secure property, and assist late-arriving guests with check-in.
• Be the point of contact for guest requests and use the reservation system to input/retrieve information, assist with reservations, and provide directions.
• Prepare morning paperwork for Front Desk and Housekeeping.
• Complete nightly cleaning assignments.
• Secure all doors and gates on the property and conduct a floor sweep.

The Position:

Our Night Auditors are the unsung hero of our guest operations. It takes a certain type of person who can work solo on an overnight shift and ensure our morning staff are set up for success, and that's where you come in.

Responsible for reconciling accounts, keeping our property secure, and helping our late-to-arrive guests check in, you see your variety of responsibilities as a good thing! As a customer-oriented team member you have good communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently.

Additional responsibilities include:

·Ensure all accounts are reconciled each night

·Prepare morning paperwork for Front Desk and Housekeeping

·Responsible for completing nightly cleaning assignments

·Be the point of contact for any guest requests and communication, including inputting and retrieving information from our reservation system, assisting with reservations, and providing directions and information as requested

·Secure all doors and gates on the property and conduct a floor sweep of areas
