Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Audits the daily guest ledger.
2. Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
3. Ensures accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
4. Calculates and reports revenues from food, room, and other departments.
5. Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations, and resolving guest issues.
6. Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handling procedures.
7. Organize the Front Desk area for the morning shift.
8. Monitors hotel security camera system.
9. Ensures lobby is well-maintained, properly lit, and with appropriate music volume.
10. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
11. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or as a Night Auditor.
• Knowledge of PMS systems.
• High School Diploma or GED.
