Join us as a Night Auditor at Ascent Hospitality

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor works overnight at the hotel front desk, ensuring the quality and integrity of our establishment are maintained. Responsibilities include completing front desk activities, upselling to generate revenue, providing excellent guest service, and following security measures.

Essential Functions

• Balance accounts from the day shift
• Greet guests, assign rooms, manage check-ins and check-outs
• Verify guest identities and payments
• Register guests and handle requests
• Respond to guest complaints professionally
• Prepare invoices and manage documentation
• Complete end-of-day financial transactions
• Manage reservations and provide hotel information
• Coordinate with housekeeping and ensure readiness of rooms

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel front desk agent preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English and computer operations

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Work overnight hours (10:00-11:00 pm) and maintain alertness
