Job Summary: We are seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to prepare daily financial summaries of cash, checks, and credit card activities for the hotel. Responsibilities include posting room charges and taxes, maintaining files, and resetting systems for the next day.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and register guests, verifying reservations
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints; communicate with next shift
• Verify charges and assign to correct accounts
• Manage reservations and prepare daily reports
• Check and correct figures, perform End of Day procedures
• Balance daily charges and revenue, maintain files, reset systems
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Other:

Attendance is essential; irregular attendance may lead to disciplinary action including termination. Varying schedules and holiday work may be required.

All employees must comply with hotel rules and regulations; violations may result in disciplinary action or termination.

Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience and training.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements: Indoor work with exposure to weather variations; standing for long periods; physical activities include walking, reaching, bending, grasping, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Night shifts required.

Grooming:

Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance to reflect the hotel’s image. Dress neatly and appropriately at all times.
