Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Coordinate guest services with other departments and vendors.
  • Process reservations and cancellations efficiently.
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy through suggestive selling.
  • Handle cash, receipts, and guest accounts accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and professional front desk environment.
  • Perform clerical duties such as mail handling, photocopying, and bookkeeping.
  • Set up and break down meeting rooms and breakfast areas.
  • Occasionally assist with cleaning guest rooms.
