Job summary

HRI Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. You will greet and register guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and respond to guest needs while maintaining accurate daily financial records.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and proficiency with PMS systems. Overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays are required as part of this position.

• Run and review daily reports (e.g., room charges, revenue summaries).
• Audit and verify front desk postings and transactions.
• Process cash, credit card, and direct-bill transactions accurately.
• Ensure all reservations, cancellations, and no-shows are properly logged.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and emergency protocols.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Requirements

Education
