Job summary

HRI Hospitality in Shreveport is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

You will change linens, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues while following safety guidelines and delivering courteous service to guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, including bathrooms, beds, floors, and amenities.
• Change linens, replace towels, and restock supplies.
• Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and brand standards.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, carts, and storage areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, including chemical handling.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally.
• Assist with laundry or public area cleaning as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
