Job summary

ARK Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to be the first point of contact for guests and oversee all stages of their stay with a service-focused mindset. The role includes multitasking at the front desk, handling end-of-day accounting, and assisting guests with inquiries.

Compensation is $15-$17 per hour, with opportunities in a welcoming hospitality culture and a focus on guest satisfaction. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required; all experience levels are welcome.

• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.

Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.

Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records.

Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.

Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
