Job summary

ARK Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to be the first point of contact for guests and oversee all stages of their stay with a service-focused mindset. The role includes multitasking at the front desk, handling end-of-day accounting, and assisting guests with inquiries.

Compensation is $15-$17 per hour, with opportunities in a welcoming hospitality culture and a focus on guest satisfaction. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required; all experience levels are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and first impression for guests.
• Handle guest stays from check-in to checkout and assist with requests across departments.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by coordinating with appropriate departments.
• Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at shift end.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Provide reasonable accommodations to enable guests with disabilities.
