Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Public Area Attendant with responsibilities that span overnight leadership and financial accuracy. You will lead the Night Audit team, ensure precise revenue reconciliation, and serve as Manager on Duty to maintain calm and order during the night shift.

You will also prepare essential financial reports, balance revenue figures, mentor staff, and address guest inquiries to uphold exceptional guest experiences across our hotels.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and familiarity with accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Night Audit team, ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation and smooth overnight operations.
• Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet guest service needs while maintaining labor model compliance.
• Act as Manager on Duty for the overnight shift, coordinating with Security and other associates.
• Prepare and distribute critical financial reports, including gross revenue and over/short reports, ensuring revenue balances.
• Train and mentor associates to maintain a high-performing team.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive guest experience.
