White Lodging Services, Inc. in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Public Area Attendant to help create a spotless, welcoming environment and ensure guests feel valued.

You will lead the Night Audit team, monitor staffing, act as Manager on Duty overnight, prepare essential financial reports, and train associates to sustain a high-performing team within a premium hotel setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the Night Audit team, ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation and smooth overnight operations.
• Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet guest service needs while maintaining labor model compliance.
• Act as Manager on Duty for the overnight shift, coordinating with Security and other associates to maintain calm and order.
• Prepare and distribute critical financial reports, including gross revenue and over/short reports, and ensure revenue figures balance.
• Train, mentor, and cross-train associates to maintain a high-performing team.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all.

• Lead and oversee the Night Audit team, ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation and smooth overnight operations.
• Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet guest service needs while maintaining labor model compliance.
• Act as Manager on Duty for the overnight shift, ensuring calm and order in the hotel by collaborating with Security and other associates.
• Prepare and distribute critical financial reports, including gross revenue and over/short reports, and ensure all revenue figures balance.
• Train, mentor, and cross-train associates to maintain a high-performing and knowledgeable team.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all.
