Concord Hospitality is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to oversee nightly Front Office operations and the Night Audit staff. You will be the primary contact for guests and hotel departments during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and a safe environment.

You will supervise staff, reconcile daily work, generate essential reports, handle incidents, and assist guests with a friendly, professional approach throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front office or night audit staff.
• Strong decision-making and policy knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night audit staff, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Reconcile daily front desk work; run trial balance to post rooms and close the day.
• Generate accounts receivable and next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office.
• Investigate service and safety issues; initiate incident reports and monitor resolutions.
• Check guests in and out, operate phones, and assist with guest needs.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide courteous support during the shift.
• Carry out additional duties and management requests as assigned.
