Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to oversee nightly Front Office operations and the Night Audit staff. You will be the primary contact for guests and hotel departments during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and a safe environment.

You will supervise staff, reconcile daily work, generate essential reports, handle incidents, and assist guests with a friendly, professional approach throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front office or night audit staff.
• Strong decision-making and policy knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Check guests in and out, operate phones, and assist with guest needs.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide courteous support during the shift.
• Carry out additional duties and management requests as assigned.

Job description

As a Night Audit Supervisor at Concord Hospitality, you will oversee the nightly operations of the Front Office and Night Audit staff. Serving as the primary contact for guests and hotel departments during the overnight shift, you will ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and a safe, welcoming environment.

• Reconcile and complete daily front desk work; run trial balance to post rooms and close the day.
• Generate accounts receivable and next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office.
• Investigate service and safety issues, initiate incident reports, and monitor investigations to timely resolution.
• Check guests in and out, operate telephone lines, and assist with guest needs.
• Escort guests to rooms when feasible and provide courteous support throughout the shift.
• Carry out additional duties and reasonable management requests as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in front office or night audit operations preferred.
• Strong decision-making skills with knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence.
