Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Dual Night Auditor for Hyatt Place Midtown South NYC and Hyatt Herald Square. The role focuses on ensuring seamless guest check-ins/outs, accurate audit processes, and supervisory support for the front desk team.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations.
• Basic math aptitude for cash handling and reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Strong leadership capabilities for supervising and coaching staff.
• Excellent time management to handle shifting priorities.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to guest service.
• Ability to multitask across guest requests and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service at all times and anticipate guest needs.
• Assign duties to staff for efficient department operation.
• Assist in training and cross-training associates.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring for the department.
• Promote teamwork and maintain associate morale and respect.
• Know emergency procedures and coordinate with the Emergency Response Team.
• Monitor room status, rates, and block/availability for walk-ins.
