Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in New York is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to support daily financial close, guest service, and front desk operations. You will audit guest ledger, post room revenue, and ensure accuracy of charges while maintaining a welcoming front desk presence.

The role requires at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of PMS, and a high school diploma. You will work nights, weekends, and holidays, collaborating with team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in accounting or night audit role.
• Knowledge of PMS systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger and post room rates and taxes.
• Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios and reports.
• Act as front desk clerk, check in/out guests and handle reservations.
• Make cash drops and maintain cash control procedures.
• Monitor the Front Desk area and support nightly operations.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
