You will oversee night operations, assist in training staff, handle scheduling, and ensure smooth guest check-ins and VIP service while promoting a harassment-free work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality guest service at all times.

• Assist in training and onboarding new associates.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring for the department.
• Promote teamwork and associate morale; treat people with respect.
• Be on duty as Manager on Duty as required.
