Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Dual Night Auditor for our New York City property. The role involves auditing daily guest ledgers, posting room rates and taxes, and ensuring accuracy of guest folios while supporting front desk operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of PMS, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment. This is a full-time on-site position with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Post daily room rates and room tax; ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Average revenues across all accounts receivable from food, room, and other departments.
• Act as front desk clerk: check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest issue resolution.
• Make cash drops following proper cash handling procedures.
• Organize Front Desk area for AM staff preparation.
• Monitor security camera system.
• Ensure lobby is well-maintained, properly lit, and has appropriate music volume.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
