• Minimum two years in hotel night audit/front desk position.
• Previous management experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and model Radisson service standards.
• Balance cash, audit cash postings, and ensure reports accuracy.
• Prepare end-of-day front desk and night audit procedures.
• Schedule, train, and supervise Night Audit staff.
• Ensure billing and cash handling follow hotel procedures.
• Support other departments with timely information.
