You will assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, balance nightly accounts, and prepare reports while maintaining a calm, accurate front desk environment from 11pm to 7am. Opera Cloud knowledge is helpful but not required; reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work overnight and independently.
• High level of English communication with guests and staff.
• Willingness to learn hotel systems and maintain front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals with a warm, professional presence.
• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests.
• Answer incoming and in-house phone calls and inquiries.
• Balance room and market accounts and prepare daily reports.
• Maintain front desk and lobby organization throughout the shift.
