Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Night Auditor Supervisor in Austin, TX. The role balances hotel revenues and expenses for each 24-hour period while also serving as a Guest Service Agent on overnight shifts.

The supervisor acts as the system liaison and opens tickets for Opera, SynXis, or other support when issues arise. Key tasks include auditing room, F&B, and tax charges; preparing daily reports; handling guest registrations and deposits; and up-selling where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing hotel revenue and performing nightly audits.
• Strong guest service orientation and front desk knowledge.
• Ability to operate hotel systems (Opera, SynXis) and escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room revenue, F&B revenue, and telephone revenue.
• Prepare and transmit daily management reports with supporting docs.
• Register guests, issue keys, and provide information on services and Travel Pass.
• Process cash and credit card transactions according to procedures.
