Sonesta International Hotels in Austin, TX is seeking a Night Auditor Supervisor to balance hotel income and expenses for each 24-hour shift and to serve as a Guest Service Agent overnight. You’ll liaison with system support (Opera, SynXis) to resolve issues and ensure seamless night operations.

The role combines front desk duties with financial oversight, reporting, and a focus on guest service excellence in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Night auditing and front desk experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong accounting accuracy.
• Customer service oriented with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and telephone revenue.
• Balance and audit room tax charges and cashier reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and month-end management reports.
