Margaritaville Resort Casino - Bossier City, LA is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to oversee Front Desk Agents, Telecommunications, and Bell staff, ensuring smooth check-ins/outs and top-tier service. You will supervise night operations and assist guests with information and special requests.

Responsibilities include cash handling, pre-arranged comps, call monitoring, VIP coordination, and performing the night audit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in hospitality industry in a supervisory capacity required.
• Knowledge of casino/hotel industry strongly preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
• Ability to maintain energy and take proactive approach; strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule including overnight, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk operations overnight, including supervising Front Desk Agents, Telecommunications, and Bell staff.
• Provide direction to team to achieve departmental goals and maintain service standards.
• Ensure proper training for Front Desk team with emphasis on detail.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes and cash handling per policy.
• Monitor call activity and pre-registered guest room status.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals and arrival arrangements.
• Perform night audit and date roll duties.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel and local events to inform guests.
• Handle guest problems/complaints in a courteous manner.
• Contribute to related duties as needed and maintain confidentiality.
