Qualifications

• Willing to work overnight, holidays and weekends.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and professional appearance.
• Physical stamina and mobility including ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and assign rooms; accommodate special requests.
• Understand credit and cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understand room status and tracking.
• Know location and types of available rooms and services.
• Understand reservations and follow cancellation procedures.
• Maintain guest room key storage and front desk equipment.
• Process guest check-outs and postings.
• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Prepare reports for the next day (Housekeeping Daily Report, Night Audit Packet).
• Balance the day’s charges and ensure accuracy.
