Margaritaville Beach Resort South Padre Island is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and to balance daily transactions. You will register guests, handle reservations, and prepare daily reports while ensuring security and guest service excellence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Supervision and accounting knowledge are pluses for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive hotel experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and handle reservations during overnight shift.
• Prepare daily reports and balance transactions.
• Maintain front desk operations from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Perform nightly security walks and ensure property safety.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Train new Night Auditors as requested by management.
• Prepare and distribute the Daily Flash Report as needed.
• Follow SOPs and maintain log books for nightly procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of shift duties.
