Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hotel front desk or office setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office software.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Checks in and checks out guests with the highest level of professional service.
• Maintains an operating bank handling cash, cards, and comps.
• Posts charges, settles folios, groups, and due outs; communicates with supervisor.
• Handles guest problems or complaints courteously and professionally.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel, casino, outlets and local events.
• Answers and processes guest calls, messages, requests and questions.
• Contacts appropriate departments to resolve guest requests.
• Reviews memos and documents relevant information.
• Assist hotel management in unique situations as needed.
