Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management, owner of Margaritaville Lake Resort Osage Beach MO, seeks a Night Auditor for overnight coverage. You will perform close-of-day procedures, verify daily revenue, and prepare reports to help leadership monitor performance.

This role combines Front Desk and PBX duties with accounting tasks. Shifts are 11pm–7am; you must have at least 1 year of hotel Front Desk experience, strong computer skills, and a professional, guest‑oriented demeanor.

Qualifications

• One year of hotel Front Desk experience.
• Overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to work nights and holidays.
• Strong computer skills and ability to type efficiently.
• Genuine guest service mindset and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Run audit reports and close of day procedures.
• Adjust house accounts and maintain an accurate adjustment log.
• Process credit cards, post room charges and tax, and prepare nightly phone reports.
• Prepare Daily Reports by auditing ledgers and micros reports to summarize revenue by department.
• Reset systems for the next day’s operations and distribute documents to the proper departments.
• Respond to guest requests, complaints or questions promptly and courteously.
