Description

We are currently seeking a Night Auditor Supervisor for our newly renovated property!

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage overnight staff, including but not limited to front desk agents, security, night auditor, etc.
  2. Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing MIRCOS reports and journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters’ fees, tips paid out, and settlements by type and cashier. Post banquet and catering event checks.
  3. Run audit reports and journals from all credit card and computer systems.
  4. Input revenue, expenses, and allowance to generate required daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.
  5. Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day’s operations.
  6. Manage all front desk activities, including handling guest check-ins and check-outs, answering guest calls and queries related to potential bookings etc.
  7. Make corrections and adjustments and handle any computer issues that may arise.
  8. Ensure all reports and back-up vouchers are complete and filed properly.
  9. Ensure all necessary copies of documentation and reports of daily work are distributed to the proper department.
  10. Review and correct discrepancies in the Front Desk System.
  11. Coordinate with the front desk and restaurant/bar closing to facilitate a smooth operation of file maintenance and reset of systems for next day operations.
  12. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and other associates. Ensuring guest satisfaction by handling requests such as wake-up calls, delivering items etc.
  13. Ability to adhere to all applicable Federal, state, local, safety, and health standards.
  14. Assist with other departments such as Engineering or Food & Beverage, should guests require or request service.
  15. Ability to accurately report information.
  16. Attend required Hotel meetings.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum lifting of 30 pounds.
  2. Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
  3. Standing for long periods of time.
  4. Hearing, writing, typing.
  5. Minimum pulling of 30 pounds.
  6. Must be flexible with schedule; based on occupancy of hotel and business needs.
  7. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or General Manager.
  8. Knowledge of Lightspeed PMS and accounting skills preferred.
