Job summary

Hilton Greenville is seeking a Night Audit team member to balance room, restaurant and bar operations and to post and balance charges daily. You will prepare revenue reports, audit front desk and POS systems, and ensure accurate data entry for daily summaries.

Reporting to the Night Audit Supervisor, you’ll resolve system issues, balance settlements each night, and maintain files for the next day. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English with guests and team members.
• Self-starting, steady and reliable with a professional appearance.
• Strong guest service orientation and teamwork mindset.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic using a 10-key calculator.
• Accurate data entry and proficiency with front-office computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing tapes and journals.
• Run audit reports from the front desk system and POS.
• Make corrections, adjustments and resolve computer issues during shift.
• Enter revenue/expenses into the system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and reset systems for next day.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
