Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Night Auditor in Las Vegas, NV to perform daily hotel transaction audits and ensure accuracy of guest charges. Responsibilities include auditing settlements, handling reservations, and resolving disputes for a seamless guest experience. The role requires attention to detail, basic bookkeeping, and strong English communication.

Experience with Opera is preferred. The position is on-site and may require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in a lively Las Vegas hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience and/or training in hospitality preferable.
• Strong numerical and math skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Familiarity with Opera property management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mandatory audits of daily hotel transactions.
• Check audit work for accuracy of guest charges.
• Enter and confirm reservations in the system, including events.
• Verify Settlement Controls and no-shows.
• Resolve credit card disputes with guests as needed.
• Process Gift Card transactions and room reservations accurately.
• Assist with group billing with Sales Department.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Finalize third-party invoices when needed.
