Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Responsibilities include guest registrations, reservations, daily reporting, balancing transactions, and security walks.

The role requires at least 1 year in a hotel or related field and a high school diploma; college coursework and supervisory experience are a plus. Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing are needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming as per brand standards.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations for safe, efficient hotel operations.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
• Initiate and complete the End of Day process.
• Run all reports for Food and Beverage audit as required.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist daily.
• Balance the day’s work and maintain cashiering responsibilities.
• Operate Front Office systems per Avion Hospitality standards.
• Fulfill all Front Office functions between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
