Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations overnight (typically 11:00 PM–7:00 AM), register guests, handle reservations, prepare daily reports, balance transactions, and perform security walks.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hotel experience, a high school diploma, basic accounting knowledge, and proven ability to work independently, problem solve, and stay composed under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1 year of progressive hotel or related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot guest issues and respond to emergencies.
• Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets and word processing.
• Clear communication and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out during overnight shift.
• Maintain regular attendance per hotel standards.
• Uphold brand standards for appearance and uniform.
• Complete end of day processes and nightly reports.
• Balance daily revenue and cashiering duties.
• Operate front office systems per Avion Hospitality procedures.
• Handle lost and found and safety procedures as required.
• Train new Night Auditors as needed.
• Communicate with security and management during shift.
